Hello Beauties!

Hello everyone! How is everyone doing? I cannot believe we are already almost to the end of October. Time is flying by so fast, and I’m not liking it at all.

Today I am going to share with you what I got in October’s Boxy Charm! I loved the theme this month, Spellbound, it definitely screams October.

What is Boxy Charm?

Boxy Charm is a monthly subscription box where you get 5 full size beauty products worth a total of $100 or more for only $21!

Let’s get into the products!

PoreDermabrasion by Dr. Brandt

Dr. Brandts PoreDerabrasion is the product I was the most excited for in this month’s box. I got a tiny sample of this from Sephora a long time ago, and I really did like it. However, this product is expensive! Due to the price I have never purchased the full size, and I am very excited to now have it. This is a product that you can really feel working when you apply it on the skin. I will definitely be using this on a regular basis.

Shimmering Skin Perfector Liquid by Becca

I have to admit I am not at all excited for this product. To start, this shade, Prosecco Pop, does not look good on my skin tone. This is just a but to gold for me, and I couldn’t actually use it as a cheekbone highlight. That being said, I honestly don’t like using liquid highlights. I know you can also mix this in your foundation, but with oily skin I tend to avoid using products like this in my foundation. I will most likely pass this product on to a friend or family member that will get some use out of it. It isn’t a bad product, but it is one that just doesn’t work for me.

Retail Price: $41

Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint by Tarte

This is another product that I was definitely excited to see. I got the shade XOXO which is a gorgeous true red. It will be perfect for the upcoming holidays. I loved the Tarte matte lip paint original formula, but I was excited when they came out with a quick dry formula! I have not tried this new formula yet, but I can’t wait to try it out. When I applied it to my hand it did dry down really quickly so I am excited to see how it wears throughout the day.

Retail Price: $20

Eyeshadow Chubby by Dirty Little Secrets

The eyeshadow stick from Dirty Little Secret is a gorgeous shade. I don’t typically reach for products like this unless I am using a white or black as a base for a shadow. However, this shade would be gorgeous for an everyday easy eye look. You could put this on your lid, throw some bronzer in your crease, and be out the door. I will definitely give this a try probably on a work day when I don’t have much time to get ready.

Retail Price: $14

Lip Liner Pencil by Jonteblu

The last product in this month’s box was this red lip liner from Jonteblu. I have never heard of this brand, but I love their packaging. The blue lip print is the cutest! The color I received is a perfect match for the Tarte lipstick. I cannot wait to try them out together! When I wrote on my hand with the liner it glided on very creamy, and I hope it applies the same to the lips. This will definitely get used because I don’t have a red lip liner at the moment that I like.

Retail Price: $5

Total cost of the box this month: $138

Thank you so much for taking time to click on my post! I hope you enjoyed seeing what I got in my box this month. I highly recommend Boxy Charm because you get such a great deal. It is a great way to try out full size products for a very low-cost. Thanks again for stopping by my page!
